Book a Facial in Fort Myers, FL

Booking FAQs

How long does it take to book an appointment?

Booking takes about a minute. Choose your treatment, pick a time on that treatment's page, and you receive instant confirmation. Our online booking page lists every facial with its length and price, and the step-by-step booking guide walks you through each screen if it is your first time booking with Lumina Skin Sanctuary in Fort Myers.

Do I need a separate consultation before my first treatment?

No separate appointment is needed, because the consultation is built into your first visit. Every first appointment at Lumina begins with a personalized skin consultation, so your licensed esthetician can review your skin, routine, and goals and then tailor the treatment. If you would like to talk something through before you book, you can contact the studio with your question.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

You can cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your visit, with an automatic refund. That gives you flexibility if work, travel, or family plans shift. Make the change before the 24-hour window closes, and if anything about your booking is unclear, reach out to the studio and we will help you choose a new time that works for your schedule.

Do you offer facial packages, memberships, or rewards?

Yes. If you plan to come in regularly, you can prepay with session packages or join a Lumina membership for ongoing monthly care. Every $1 you spend also earns a Lumina Loyalty point. Your esthetician can suggest a visit rhythm that suits your skin during your consultation, so you only commit to what your skin actually needs.

Where is the studio and what are your hours?
