Which treatments can I use my membership on?
All of them. Your member discount and Lumina Loyalty points apply to every facial, express facial, waxing service, and add-on on our menu — including the Signature Glow, acne, brightening, and anti-aging facials. There is no separate member-only menu.
Is the membership a recurring subscription?
Yes. Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions that renew automatically each month until you cancel.
Can I cancel, and are payments refundable?
