How do I book an appointment?
Booking is fast and fully online. Pay your 20% deposit securely online when you book — and life happens: cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your visit, with your deposit refunded automatically. Every $1 you spend earns a Lumina Loyalty point. New clients can join our email list to unlock a first-visit offer. Book online →

Is a deposit required, and what's your cancellation policy?
Yes. We collect a 20% deposit securely online when you book any service. We hold it and apply it to your total at checkout in the studio. You can cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your visit, and your deposit is refunded automatically or moved to your new time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Memberships and packages are paid in full at checkout and are non-refundable; memberships continue until you stop them, and you can stop anytime.
Can I pay over time?
Yes — Affirm is available at checkout, so you can split any service, package or membership into easy monthly payments.
Is sales tax added at checkout?
Yes. Florida sales tax applies to services, add-ons, memberships, packages and gift certificates. Menu prices are starting (“from”) rates, confirmed at your consultation.

Is there any downtime?
Most facials have zero downtime — you leave glowing. Treatments with extractions may cause brief redness that settles within a few hours.
How often should I get a facial?

Packages, coupons & Loyalty points
How do package coupons work?
Every visit in your package is a prepaid coupon code. When you book, you apply one coupon and that visit is $0 — you already paid up front. A 6-visit pack gives you six coupons, and so on.
Where do I find my package coupon codes?
Two places: the email we send right after you buy, and your My Passes page in the site menu, which shows each coupon, the service, and how many visits you have left.
How do I use a coupon in my cart?
Add your service to the cart, open the 🎟 Use a pass panel, and tap Apply next to your coupon — your total drops to $0. You can also enter the coupon code at checkout. See the full how packages work guide.
Are package coupons the same as Loyalty points?
No — they're separate, and you keep both. Package coupons are the prepaid visits you bought (a 100%-off code per visit, for that specific service). Lumina Loyalty points are earned automatically as you spend — 1 point per $1, where 10 points equal $1 of reward value — and can go toward any service. Using a package coupon doesn't touch your points.
Do my package coupons expire?
Package and pass visits are valid for one year (12 months) from purchase. They're prepaid and non-refundable.
Can I use a coupon for a different service?
Each coupon covers the specific service in your package and can be used once. It can't be swapped for a different treatment or for cash.
