What is the New Client Facial at Lumina?
New to Lumina or new to facials? Start with one of these two options. Both are led by a licensed esthetician in our private Fort Myers studio and begin with a conversation about your skin.
New Client Facial: Gentle First Visit Facial
A calm, low-intensity first facial: skin consultation, gentle double cleanse, hydrating mask and serums, moisturizer and SPF, then a short written aftercare plan. Extractions only if you want them.

How are programs and memberships paid?
- Programs (prepaid series and packages) and memberships are paid in full at checkout. Affirm is available when you pay in full.

- Packages and memberships are non-refundable. Program visits must be used within 12 months of purchase.

What is the New Client Facial at Lumina Skin Sanctuary?
The New Client Facial is our Gentle First Visit Facial: 60 minutes for $85 at our private Fort Myers studio. A licensed esthetician starts with a skin consultation, then keeps every step calm and low intensity with a gentle double cleanse, a hydrating mask and serums, moisturizer and SPF. Extractions and other stronger steps are added only if you want them, and you leave with a short written aftercare plan and an honest recommendation for your next step.
Should I choose the New Client Facial or the Glow Starter Package?
Choose the New Client Facial ($85, 60 minutes) if you want to try one calm visit before deciding anything. Choose the New Client Glow Starter Package ($155 for three sessions) if you already know you want a few visits: each session can be a 30- or 60-minute Signature Glow Facial or a 30-minute Express Hydrating Facial, and the package is valid for one year. Three 60-minute Signature Glow visits booked singly would cost $255.
How do Lumina's skin programs work?
Each program is an existing prepaid series of one facial. You pay for the series in full, receive a pass for each visit, and book every visit online when it suits you, using a pass instead of paying again. Acne Reset, Sun Repair and Age Defense come in 3- or 6-visit versions; Barrier Reset is three visits. All visits must be used within 12 months of purchase, and your esthetician recommends the spacing at your first visit.
Which program should I choose for breakouts, sunspots or fine lines?
For oily, congested, breakout-prone skin, Acne Reset uses the 60-minute Deep-Cleansing Acne Facial. For the look of sunspots and uneven tone, Sun Repair uses the 60-minute Sun-Damage Brightening Facial. For fine lines and softening contours, Age Defense uses the 75-minute Anti-Aging Firming Facial with thermal ultrasound. For tight, dry or reactive skin, Barrier Reset is the gentlest option. If you are unsure, book the New Client Facial first and ask your esthetician.
Can I use a coupon or discount code on a program or membership?
No. Packages, series programs and memberships are paid in full with no discounts of any kind, including coupon codes, because they are already priced below single visits. For example, the Sun Repair 6-visit program is $840, or $140 per visit instead of $175. Coupon offers, where available, apply only to eligible single services, and only one coupon can be used per order. Memberships themselves give member savings on services and add-ons you book.
Can I get a refund on a program, or cancel a membership?
Packages and memberships are non-refundable, so please choose the program that fits your goals and schedule; you have 12 months to use program visits. Memberships are different from programs because they continue month to month until you stop them. You can stop a membership anytime, and your member benefits stay active through the end of the period you have already paid for. Past membership payments are not refunded.
