These terms apply to purchases and bookings on luminaskinsanctuary.com (the "Site") with Lumina Skin Sanctuary ("Lumina", "we", "us"), a licensed-esthetician facial studio at 7940 Dani Dr, Suite 135, Room 209, Fort Myers, FL 33966. By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

  1. Services. Lumina provides non-medical esthetic services. We are not a medical spa and do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Information on the Site is educational and is not medical advice. Please tell your esthetician about allergies, medications and skin conditions before treatment. We may adjust or decline a service for your safety.
  2. Bookings and payment. Individual services are booked online with a 20% deposit, and the balance is due at the studio after your service. Packages, packs, memberships and subscriptions are paid in full at purchase. Prices can change. The price shown when you buy is the price you pay.
  3. Cancellations and no-shows. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. See our Refund Policy for how deposits are handled.
  4. Arrival. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may need a shorter service so the next client is not delayed.
  5. Memberships. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time to stop future charges.
  6. Gift cards. Gift cards have no cash value and can be used toward services, memberships and packages.
  7. Loyalty points. Lumina Loyalty points have no cash value and may be changed or ended with notice.
  8. Accounts and conduct. Keep your login details private. We may refuse service to anyone who is abusive or unsafe to our team or other clients.
  9. Intellectual property. Site content (text, images, logos) belongs to Lumina or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
  10. Liability. To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Lumina is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive by law.
  11. Governing law. Florida law applies, with disputes handled in Lee County, Florida.
  12. Changes. We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
