From buying to booking — start to finish, plus where to find and use your coupons.

Lumina facial packages work in four steps: prepay once for a package, get one coupon code per visit by email and on your My Passes page, book each visit online, then apply a coupon in the cart so the visit is $0. Visits stay valid for 12 months at our Fort Myers studio.

Pick a package or visit-pack and check out. You prepay once — all your visits are covered up front.

Get your coupon codes

Your pass coupon codes arrive by email and are saved to your My Passes page — one coupon per visit in the pack.

Book your visit

Choose your service and a time online, anytime — the same easy booking as always.

Apply your coupon

Apply a pass coupon at the cart and your visit is $0. Repeat until your visits are used — your passes track what's left.

Where to find your coupon codes

Every visit in your pack is a coupon code — here's where they live.

The "My Passes" menu

Open My Passes from the site menu. You'll see every pass: the service, how many visits are left, its coupon code, and a one-tap Apply button.

Your email

The same coupon codes are emailed to you right after you buy — keep the email handy, or just use the My Passes page anytime.

Package coupons vs. Loyalty points

Two different things — you get both, and they stack.

Package coupons

YOUR PREPAID VISITS
  • One 100%-off coupon code per visit in your pack.
  • Works only for that specific service.
  • Found in My Passes + your email.
  • Apply in the cart — the visit becomes $0.

Loyalty points

EARNED AS YOU GO
  • Earned automatically — 1 point per $1 spent.
  • 10 points = $1 of reward value.
  • Redeem toward any service.
  • Separate from your package coupons.
They're not the same: package coupons are the visits you already paid for; Loyalty points are rewards you earn every time you spend. Using a package coupon doesn't touch your points.

Questions

How many coupons do I get?

One per visit in your package. A 6-visit pack gives you six coupons; a 5-visit Express pass gives you five, and so on. As you use them, the My Passes page counts down how many you have left.

Where do I find my coupon codes?

Two places: the email we send right after you buy, and your My Passes page in the site menu, which shows each coupon, the service, and how many visits are left. Not logged in? Sign in with the email you used to buy.

How do I use a coupon in my cart?

Add your service to the cart, open the 🎟️ Use a pass panel, and tap Apply next to your coupon — your total drops to $0. You can also enter the coupon code at checkout.

Are package coupons the same as Loyalty points?

No — they're separate, and you keep both. Package coupons are the prepaid visits you bought (a 100%-off code per visit, for that service). Lumina Loyalty points are earned automatically as you spend — 1 point per $1, where 10 points equal $1 of reward value — and can go toward any service. Using a coupon doesn't touch your points.

Can I use a coupon for a different service?

Each coupon covers the specific service in your package and can be used once. It can't be swapped for another treatment or for cash.

How long do I have to use my visits?

All package and pass visits are valid for one year (12 months) from purchase. They're prepaid and non-refundable.
