Cancellation policy

Memberships and subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account under "Manage My Membership," or by contacting the studio at sales@luminaskinsanctuary.com or (239) 448-3003. Cancel before your next renewal date to stop future charges.

Charges already made are non-refundable, and cancelling does not refund the current billing period. Membership benefits and Lumina Loyalty points have no cash value.

Packages and multi-visit packs are paid in full at purchase and are non-refundable. Visits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
