Pick your date & time
On your treatment's page, the calendar shows real, open times — our studio is open Monday–Saturday, 10am–7pm. Choose a day, then a time that works for you. For treatments offered in more than one length, pick the length you'd like and its calendar.
Confirm your appointment
Confirm your booking (you pay a 20% deposit securely online, applied to your total at checkout in the studio — cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your visit, with an automatic refund) and you'll get an instant confirmation email from sales@luminaskinsanctuary.com with the date, time, and everything you need. A reminder follows before your visit.

How do I know my appointment is confirmed?
You will receive an instant confirmation email right after you book, with your date, time, and details. A reminder follows before your visit. If you do not see the confirmation, check your spam folder or contact the studio and we will help.
Can I book more than one treatment or add an add-on?
Yes. Book each treatment you would like on its own calendar, and note any add-ons in your booking notes or ask your esthetician at the visit. If you are unsure how to combine treatments, use Find Your Treatment or contact the studio first.
Can I reschedule or cancel my facial?
Yes. You pay a 20% deposit securely online when you book; we hold it and apply it to your total at checkout in the studio. You can cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your visit, and your deposit is refunded automatically or moved to your new time. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the deposit.
