Just create a free account — there’s no fee and nothing to activate. Once you’re signed in, every service and add-on you book earns points automatically.
How many points do I earn, and what are they worth?
You earn roughly one point for every $1 spent on eligible services and add-ons, and 10 points is worth about $1 toward future visits. Your esthetician can confirm the current earn and redemption rate at your visit.
Where can I see my point balance?
Sign in and open My Sanctuary, or click the Rewards button in the corner of any page, to see your live balance and everything you can redeem — or ask at your next visit.
Do points expire?
Keep visiting and your points keep working for you. If you have a question about your current balance, just ask when you book or check in — we’re always happy to help.
