- Remove earrings and necklaces.
- Pause retinol and acids for 48 hours and avoid sunburn.
After your visit
- Drink water so the toned look holds.
- A light tingle or awareness along the cheeks can follow and fades quickly.
- Wear SPF 30 or higher and skip saunas and heavy sweating for 24 to 48 hours.
