- Pause retinol and acids for 48 hours and avoid sunburn.
After your visit
- Nothing special beyond daily SPF.
- Skin may feel warm for a few minutes.
- Wear SPF 30 or higher and skip saunas and heavy sweating for 24 to 48 hours.
