🧴Your visit, step by step · what's included
- 1Consultation on your body-skin goals — rough elbows, bumpy arms, dull legs or all-over glow: we tailor the polish to what you want smoothed and brightened
- 2Botanical full-body exfoliation — plant-based crystals buff away dead skin from shoulders to ankles, instantly reviving dull, rough-textured skin
- 3A nourishing warm wrap — your freshly polished skin is cocooned in warmth so botanicals and moisture absorb deeply while you completely unwind
- 4Deep moisture infusion — rich hydration is massaged into the skin, replenishing the moisture Florida sun and salt water strip away
- 5A smoothing finish — a final silky layer leaves your skin soft, luminous and touchably smooth head to toe
✦Benefits to expect
- Silky-smooth, polished skin
- Deep, lasting hydration
- Brighter, more even body tone
- A spa-level relaxing ritual
⏱️Downtime
None. Skin feels soft and hydrated immediately.
🔁Time between visits
Every 4–6 weeks, or before an event or vacation.
📋Before your visit
- Arrive with clean skin if you can, and come 5–10 minutes early for your consultation.
- Skip strong exfoliating acids and retinol for 1–2 days beforehand.
- Avoid heavy sun exposure or tanning for 24–48 hours before.
- Tell us about any medications, allergies or skin conditions so we can tailor safely.
- Come hydrated and, ideally, makeup-free.
🧖After your visit
- Wear SPF daily and avoid direct sun — essential in the Florida climate.
- Skip heavy makeup for about 24 hours.
- Avoid heat — sauna, hot yoga, hot showers — for 24–48 hours.
- Hold off on strong actives (retinol, acids) for 1–2 days.
- Keep skin hydrated and be gentle — no picking or aggressive scrubbing.
🕐The first 24 hours — what to expect
- 1Right after — Skin feels silky everywhere — a slight warmth from the wrap fades quickly.
- 2This evening — Skip fragranced lotions tonight; your skin drank deep during the wrap — let it rest.
- 3Tomorrow morning — Moisturize head to toe to lock the polish in; self-tanner (if you use it) goes on beautifully evenly now.
🏠Caring for your skin between visits
- Cleanse gently morning and night with a barrier-friendly cleanser.
- Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every morning, rain or shine.
- Hydrate with a moisturizer suited to your skin type; add hyaluronic acid if dry.
- Introduce actives slowly and only as your esthetician recommends.
- Drink water, sleep well, and avoid picking at the skin between visits.

📈Your results timeline
- Day 1: Immediately smooth, luminous skin from shoulders to ankles.
- Week 1: Smoothness holds with daily body moisturizer; rough spots (elbows, knees) stay soft.
- Over a series: Monthly polishes keep body skin permanently in its soft season — especially through Florida's sun and salt months.
