🧴Your visit, step by step · what's included
- 1Consultation and skin analysis — we assess texture, scarring and sun damage to set the right resurfacing depth for your skin
- 2Diamond microdermabrasion — a diamond-tip wand physically polishes away the rough outer layer, refining texture and softening fine lines and shallow scars
- 3Ultrasonic resurfacing — high-frequency vibration clears what microdermabrasion loosened and smooths the surface a further degree, gently
- 4Sonophoresis infusion — sound waves push hyaluronic acid deep into the freshly resurfaced skin, hydrating from the inside out at the moment it absorbs best
- 5A restorative mask — soothing, skin-repairing ingredients calm the skin and support recovery after resurfacing
- 6Hydration, barrier repair and SPF — barrier-restoring moisture and sunscreen protect the new skin you just revealed
✦Benefits to expect
- Refined texture and softened fine lines
- A smoother, more polished surface
- Visible resurfacing without peeling
- Brighter, renewed skin
⏱️Downtime
None to minimal. Skin may feel slightly sensitive and look pink briefly; avoid strong actives for 2–3 days after.
🔁Time between visits
Every 3–4 weeks over a series for full resurfacing.
📋Before your visit
- Arrive with clean skin if you can, and come 5–10 minutes early for your consultation.
- Skip strong exfoliating acids and retinol for 1–2 days beforehand.
- Avoid heavy sun exposure or tanning for 24–48 hours before.
- Tell us about any medications, allergies or skin conditions so we can tailor safely.
- Come hydrated and, ideally, makeup-free.
🧖After your visit
- Wear SPF daily and avoid direct sun — essential in the Florida climate.
- Skip heavy makeup for about 24 hours.
- Avoid heat — sauna, hot yoga, hot showers — for 24–48 hours.
- Hold off on strong actives (retinol, acids) for 1–2 days.
- Keep skin hydrated and be gentle — no picking or aggressive scrubbing.
🕐The first 24 hours — what to expect
- 1Right after — Skin may feel like a light wind-burn and look pink — this is expected after resurfacing.
- 2This evening — Moisturize generously, nothing active, and sleep on a clean pillowcase.
- 3Tomorrow morning — Pinkness mostly gone; light flaking may appear on days 2–3 — do not pick or scrub it, it's old skin leaving on schedule.
🏠Caring for your skin between visits
- Cleanse gently morning and night with a barrier-friendly cleanser.
- Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every morning, rain or shine.
- Hydrate with a moisturizer suited to your skin type; add hyaluronic acid if dry.
- Introduce actives slowly and only as your esthetician recommends.
- Drink water, sleep well, and avoid picking at the skin between visits.

📈Your results timeline
- Day 1: Immediately smoother to the touch.
- Week 1: Once any flaking finishes, the new surface underneath is noticeably refined and bright.
- Over a series: Texture, shallow scarring and sun damage improve step by step — each session resurfaces a little deeper into the concern.
💬When to reach out to us
- Redness or stinging that intensifies after the first day instead of fading
- Flaking that seems excessive, or any raw or weepy areas — contact us before applying anything
- Guidance on when to restart your retinol or acids — the timing depends on how your skin recovered
