- Hold off on strong actives (retinol, acids) for 1–2 days.
- Keep skin hydrated and be gentle — no picking or aggressive scrubbing.

- 1Right after — Expect pinkness at extraction sites — that's normal and settles within a few hours.
- 2This evening — Hands off. No picking at treated spots, no actives, no heavy creams — let the skin close and calm.
- 3Tomorrow morning — Skin looks clearer and calmer; small whiteheads may surface over 24–48 hours as deeper congestion clears — that's part of the process, not a setback.

- Cleanse gently morning and night with a barrier-friendly cleanser.
- Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every morning, rain or shine.
