🧴Your visit, step by step · what's included
- 1A quick consultation — we confirm the area, check skin sensitivity and any products you're using, so your wax is safe and comfortable
- 2Skin cleanse and pre-wax prep — the area is cleansed and prepped so wax grips only the hair, keeping irritation to a minimum
- 3Low-temperature botanical silk wax — our gentle silk wax is applied warm, not hot, gripping the hair rather than your skin — noticeably kinder on sensitive areas
- 4Precise removal technique — hair is removed with correct direction and taut-skin technique, which means less pain, cleaner results and fewer broken hairs
- 5Soothing post-wax care — calming botanicals settle the skin immediately, so you leave smooth and comfortable, not red
✦Benefits to expect
- Weeks of smoothness
- Finer, sparser regrowth over time
- Minimal irritation vs. traditional wax
- Precise, clean results
⏱️Downtime
Minimal. Temporary redness or sensitivity for a few hours; avoid heat, friction and sun for 24–48 hours.
🔁Time between visits
Every 3–4 weeks as hair regrows to about ¼ inch.
📋Before your visit
- Let hair grow to about ¼ inch (roughly 2 weeks of regrowth).
- Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before to free ingrowns.
- Avoid sun, tanning and self-tanner for 24 hours before.
- Skip retinoids on the area for several days beforehand.
- Arrive with clean, product-free skin on the area.
🧖After your visit
- Avoid heat — sauna, hot showers, hot yoga — for 24–48 hours.
- Skip friction, tight clothing and workouts for about 24 hours.
- No sun or tanning on the area for 24–48 hours; use SPF after.
- Wait 24–48 hours before exfoliating, then exfoliate 2–3× a week to prevent ingrowns.
- Keep the area clean and moisturized with a gentle, non-irritating lotion.
🕐The first 24 hours — what to expect
- 1Right after — Pinkness and small bumps on freshly waxed skin are completely normal — they typically calm within a few hours.
- 2This evening — No hot showers, pools, hot tubs, gyms or tight clothing on the waxed area tonight — open follicles need clean, cool, breathable conditions.
- 3Tomorrow morning — Skin should be calm and smooth; keep it moisturized and protected from direct sun.
🏠Caring for your skin between visits
- Exfoliate gently 2–3 times a week to prevent ingrown hairs.
- Moisturize daily to keep skin soft and hair easy to remove.
- Avoid shaving between appointments so waxing stays effective.
- Use SPF on exposed waxed areas.

📈Your results timeline
- Day 1: Perfectly smooth skin once the initial pinkness settles.
- Week 1: Still smooth — begin gentle exfoliation around day 3–4 to head off ingrown hairs.
- Over a series: On a 3–4 week rhythm, regrowth comes in finer, sparser and less painful each time — waxing genuinely gets easier the more consistently you do it.
